These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Shoprithm (the “App”). Shoprithm is operated by Mohamed Owais Ansari. By installing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions before agreeing, contact us at [email protected].
Shoprithm syncs data from your Shopify store to provide a conversational assistant over your store’s performance, proactive email/Slack summaries, restock inventory alerts, and, where enabled, merchant-confirmed store actions (such as creating a discount). For the personal data of your customers that you make available to us through your use of the App, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor / service provider on your behalf, solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features. We will:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share your customers’ data with us via the App, and for your own disclosures to your customers (for example, your own privacy policy) about your use of apps like Shoprithm.
The App uses an AI language model to phrase answers, summaries, and proposed-action descriptions in plain language. Responses are generated with the help of AI and, like any AI-generated content, may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Every number shown to you is computed directly by our own code from your synced store data, not invented by the AI model — but you are responsible for reviewing anything the App tells you or proposes before relying on it or confirming it.
Any action the App proposes that would affect your store, your products, or your customers (such as creating a discount) will not be executed without your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before confirming them.
Shoprithm is offered on a free tier and paid subscription tiers, billed on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify’s Billing API — current pricing is shown inside the App. Paid plans may include a free trial period, disclosed to you before you subscribe. All payment is collected and processed by Shopify directly; we do not collect or store your payment details. Changing or cancelling your plan is done through the App or your Shopify admin, subject to Shopify’s own billing terms.
You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, we will delete your store’s data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or Shopify’s own policies.
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
